Second tooth out
Andrew's second loose tooth was just dangling and he was ready for it to come out. He asked for an apple hoping that it would come out the same way as the first. He couldn't get a good bite into the apple though. Next he tried pulling it out himself but he said it was too slippery. Then, he decided he wanted a string tied to it. Trevor tied some dental floss to it and told Andrew to pull it out but he couldn't. So Trevor gave it a pull and Andrew came screaming to me, "It hurts. I don't want it out." I asked to see and it was gone. He had no idea that Trevor had gotten the tooth out. Now he can say all he wants for Christmas is his two front teeth.

Exciting Day: Part 1
Andrew had his last football game this morning. Good thing it was the last, the weather is getting chilly in the mornings. After the game we were headed to the Kite Festival, so the kids had lunch in the car. As Andrew was eating his apple his first loose tooth came out. Well, mostly came out. It was dangling. I had to pull over and help him. After he calmed down about the blood and it hurting coming out he was pretty excited. Now he gets to add his name to the class list. I think he's one of the last ones to loose a tooth. The second bottom tooth will probably be out soon. Anyone know what the tooth fairy is paying these days?

Exciting Day: Part 2
Caramel Apples
Last week I was up in Chicago visiting a friend. While I was there I went with her family to an orchard apple in Wisconsin. In the orchard store they had some very yummy looking candy apples. I was able to resist buying one since they started at $6.99 for one. When I got home they had candy apples at the grocery store 4 for $1.49. Seemed like a good fun treat for the family. Check out Sarah's apple, I think she just had all candy.

Updates
I've been a little neglectful in my blogging. I have still been blogstalking just not working on mine. We had a fun and busy summer and now we are back in school. The kids and I spent 4 weeks in Utah and Idaho visiting aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and other relatives. We all enjoyed the cooler weather and playing outside. Trevor came for the last week of the trip and then helped us drive back home. We were home for a week and then my mom came out to visit us. We enjoyed a fun visit with her. She left and then on consecutive days my car was backed into and the transmission went out. We are very thankful that it didn't go out while we were driving to Idaho or home or when my mom was out. The car went into two shops and is all fixed up just in time for school to start.
Andrew started 1st grade in the middle of August and is having fun. He's adjusting to the long days again and is pretty tired some days. Sarah will start going to preschool a couple days a week after Labor Day. She is excited to start. Andrew is playing flag footbal and will start piano lessons next week. Sarah will start a dance class next week. I have been busy with Primary, working at the office, being the school volunteer coordinator. Not to mention being a mom, keeping the house clean, trying to get to the gym, and everything else. Trevor has been keeping busy with work, Scouts, and biking. He has started biking with some guys from the ward a couple days a week.
We had a fun visit from Hillary in August and are excited to go visit them this weekend for the BYU football game. Trevor's brother Justin is in OKC on business and gets to come over tonight and visit. We are very blessed to be able to visit family as much as we do, for how far apart we all live. Hope everyone is doing well.
